Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time an order or pre-order is placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, or incorrect pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping on or around September 15, 2026. This date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to production, fulfillment, or other circumstances.

If there is a significant change to the expected shipping timeline, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Shipping

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. SINE Products LLC is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must be unopened, unused, and otherwise meet the eligibility requirements described in that policy.
