If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at hello@sineusa.com and we will make it right.

Damaged or defective products will be replaced or fully refunded.

We do not accept returns of opened products unless defective.

Pre-order cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the ship date.
