Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping on or around September 15, 2026. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at hello@sineusa.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
